Juliane Hüppe
Managing Director
Juliane is a fully qualified lawyer with more than 15 years of professional experience in various HR functions in medium-sized companies and corporations. She spent almost seven years as EMEA Head of Organization & People Development at Olympus before becoming a partner in a strategy consultancy where she built up the organizational development division. She founded studio ø to develop organizations with a strong network. Juliane knows the operational reality of our clients and loves to shape change processes together.
Marieke Zerna
Consultant
Marieke’s expertise lies in designing frameworks and learning architectures that enable sustainable change. As a business psychologist (M.Sc.) with experience in human resources development, training, and strategic recruiting, she brings a deep understanding of human behavior in organizations, which she combines with behavioral economics and systemic approaches. In doing so, she bridges the gap between employees’ needs and our clients’ strategic challenges.
MATTIS WILKENING
Consultant
Through his studies in business administration (B.Sc.) and business psychology (M.Sc.), as well as his experience in management consulting, Mattis has developed a deep understanding of organizational dynamics with a clear focus on people. He combines experience in designing and facilitating workshops with extensive expertise in the areas of leadership development and communication. Driven by the question of how development can be effectively achieved, he supports clients through change processes at the organizational, team, and individual levels.
KAJA STEENSEN
Consultant
Kaja has more than 8 years of experience in (large) corporations and dynamic start-ups. She completed her Master's degree in Business Administration and Spanish at the University of Mannheim. Throughout her career, she has not only acquired extensive knowledge in the field of marketing and communication, but has also gained in-depth expertise in the development of organizational structures through her work in various types of companies. Today, she uses her knowledge to work at the interface between organizational development and communication.
