Juliane Hüppe
Managing Director
Juliane is a fully qualified lawyer with more than 15 years of professional experience in various HR functions in medium-sized companies and corporations. She spent almost seven years as EMEA Head of Organization & People Development at Olympus before becoming a partner in a strategy consultancy where she built up the organizational development division. She founded studio ø to develop organizations with a strong network. Juliane knows the operational reality of our clients and loves to shape change processes together.
Marieke Zerna
Consultant
Mariekes Expertise liegt in der Gestaltung von Rahmenbedingungen und Lernarchitekturen, die nachhaltige Veränderung ermöglichen. Als Wirtschaftspsychologin (M.Sc.) mit Erfahrung in der Personalentwicklung, als Trainerin und im strategischen Recruiting bringt sie ein fundiertes Verständnis menschlichen Verhaltens in Organisationen mit, das sie mit verhaltensökonomischen und systemischen Ansätzen kombiniert. Damit schafft sie eine Brücke zwischen den Bedürfnissen der Mitarbeitenden und den strategischen Herausforderungen unserer Kunden.

Ramina verbindet durch ihren wirtschaftlichen Hintergrund und ihren Master in Arbeits- und Personalmanagement analytisches Denken mit einem feinen Gespür für kulturelle Dynamiken. Durch ihre Erfahrungen in der Personalarbeit sowie der Begleitung von digitalen Transformations- und Change-Prozessen hat sie ein tiefes Verständnis für Kommunikation, Zusammenarbeit und nachhaltigen Wandel entwickelt. In ihren Ansätzen verbindet sie Mensch, Organisation und Technologie und legt besonderen Wert auf die aktive Beteiligung von Mitarbeitenden, um Veränderungsprozesse wirksam zu gestalten.
Kaja Steensen
Consultant
Kaja has more than 8 years of experience in (large) corporations and dynamic start-ups. She completed her Master's degree in Business Administration and Spanish at the University of Mannheim. Throughout her career, she has not only acquired extensive knowledge in the field of marketing and communication, but has also gained in-depth expertise in the development of organizational structures through her work in various types of companies. Today, she uses her knowledge to work at the interface between organizational development and communication.
