Our Team
Juliane Hüppe
Managing Director
Juliane is a fully qualified lawyer with more than 15 years of professional experience in various HR functions in medium-sized companies and corporations. She spent almost seven years as EMEA Head of Organization & People Development at Olympus before becoming a partner in a strategy consultancy where she built up the organizational development division. Together with Kaja and Marieke, she founded studio ø to develop organizations with a strong network. Juliane knows the operational reality of our clients and loves to shape change processes together with them.
Kaja Steensen
Kaja has more than 8 years of experience in (large) corporations and dynamic start-ups. She completed her Master's degree in Business Administration and Spanish at the University of Mannheim. Throughout her career, she has not only acquired extensive knowledge in the field of marketing and communication, but has also gained in-depth expertise in the development of organizational structures through her work in various types of companies. Today, she uses her knowledge to work at the interface between organizational development and communication.
Marieke Zerna
Marieke's expertise lies in the development and introduction of innovative HR strategies and effective learning architectures. Through various positions in personnel development, as a trainer and in strategic recruiting, she recognized her interest in strategic issues and holistic concepts, which motivated her to enter the field of organizational consulting. As a business psychologist (M.Sc.), she creates a bridge between the needs of employees and the strategic challenges of our clients.
